Cabins (sleep 6) are 2 bedrooms,fold out in living room 2 baths and full kitchen. @ $120 night. As of now there are 12 cabins available. There are kayak,bike, canoes, fishing poles for rent. 20 miles of trails walking and biking .Guided horse tours $55 hr. The park will basically be the home base for exploring surrounding area activities … In Clermont ( 5 miles) downtown area with brewery and restaurants/ shops and bike/walking path on Lake Minneola. **Meet 5:30 PM at campfire area at cabin #15 to discuss activities Monday Dec 4 2023 .**There are many activities in the surrounding area of Mount Dora, Tavares, Winter Park and Apopka. Biking West Orange trail ,Lake Minneola path,Sugarloaf Mountain, and Greenway on Lake Apopka. Paddling @ Kings Landing , Wekiwa Springs State Park , Dora Canal and Crooked River Preserve. Mount Dora and Oakland Preserve Boardwalks. Holiday lights and displays in Clermont and Mount Dora . View historic Lakeside Inn. Daytime or sunset pontoon boat cruise on Lake Dora on the ‘Rusty Anchor’ . Bike or (drive on Friday only 7AM-3PM) Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive . Visit the Disney Preserve.
Sea plane tours in Tarvares. Lakeridge winery and the Citrus Tower. Possible eating options: Clermont Fish House, Calabria Pizza ,Lilly’s on the Lake, Corelli, Cheeser’s .
